The ResMed AirFit N30i QuietAir is part of the AirFit 30i range and features a unique top-of-the-head tube connection. This smart design allows you to sleep in any position without getting tangled in the CPAP tubing.
Its under-the-nose nasal cradle cushion sits gently beneath the nose, leaving the nasal bridge free and helping to prevent red marks, while maintaining a secure and comfortable seal.

The AirFit N30i belongs to the ResMed 30i range where the tube connects at the top of the head instead of in front of the face. Air flows through the hollow mask frame down to the cushion under the nose. Advantage: no tube in front of the eyes and full movement freedom. Ideal for side or stomach sleepers and for reading in bed.
The AirFit N30i has a frame (Small or Standard) and a cushion (Small, Small Wide, Medium or Wide). Packs combine these two dimensions. The Small frame fits shorter faces, Standard fits longer faces. The cushion must match the width of your nose at its base. ResMed provides a printable template to measure correctly.
The AirFit N30i is a sub-nasal mask: it places a cushion under the nose and does not cover the mouth. If you breathe through the mouth during sleep, therapeutic pressure escapes. A CPAP chin strap may be enough for moderate opening. For marked mouth breathing, a full face mask like the AirFit F30i or F20 is a better fit.
The AirFit N30i works with all standard 22 mm CPAPs: AirSense 10, AirSense 11, DreamStation 2, Loewenstein Prisma and more. Important: it is not compatible with the ResMed AirMini, which uses a proprietary connector and requires specific masks (AirFit P10 for AirMini, AirFit N20 for AirMini, etc.).

The AirFit N30i uses a classic silicone cushion, durable and easy to clean. The AirTouch N30i uses a fabric-silicone ComfiSoft cushion, softer on the skin and less marking. Components are interchangeable between the two models (frame, headgear), only the cushion changes. Choose based on your skin sensitivity.
