At VivaRespire, we understand that ordering online can sometimes raise questions. That's why we've set up a simple and secure payment process, tailored to your habits.

Accepted payment methods

We accept the main payment methods used in Belgium and across Europe:

  • Bancontact - Belgium's most popular payment method
  • Credit/debit card - Visa and Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay - depending on your device and bank
  • Other local methods - automatically offered based on your country

All payments are processed by Mollie, a trusted European payment provider used by thousands of online shops.

How your data is protected

Your banking details never pass through our servers. When you pay, you are redirected to the secure interface of Mollie or your bank. In practice, this means:

  • Your connection is encrypted end-to-end (HTTPS/SSL protocol).
  • Your card details are neither stored nor accessible by our team.
  • Your bank may ask for an additional verification through your banking app - this is normal and part of the European security process.

Please note: VivaRespire will never ask for your banking codes, passwords or verification codes by email, text message or phone.

Confirmation and invoice

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. If you have created a customer account, you can find your orders and invoices in your personal space.

Having trouble with your payment?

Don't worry, it happens sometimes. Here are a few simple solutions:

  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) or use private/incognito mode.
  • Disable your ad blocker - some ad blockers accidentally block payment windows.
  • Check your banking app - your bank may be waiting for you to approve the transaction.
  • Try a different payment method - for example Bancontact if your Visa card isn't working.

If the problem persists, contact us with your name, the approximate date of the attempt, the payment method used and the error message displayed. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Before confirming your order

Take a moment to review your order summary (products, quantities, delivery address) before confirming. If you notice an error after placing your order - wrong address, duplicate, incorrect product - contact us quickly and we'll do our best to fix it.
