The ClimateLineAir™ 11 heated tubing from ResMed is designed to be used with AirSense 11 CPAP and BiPAP devices, delivering warm, moist air for a more comfortable therapy experience. It is a key component of the Climate Control humidification solution.
When connected with the HumidAir™ 11 heated humidifier, the ClimateLineAir™ 11 tubing helps maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, reducing condensation (commonly known as “rainout”) in the breathing circuit and mask.

The Climate Control feature automatically adjusts:
- the humidifier output
- the heated tubing temperature
to ensure optimal humidity and warmth throughout the night, helping to reduce dry nose and mouth.

The ClimateLineAir™ 11 tubing offers greater flexibility and less drag on the mask compared to standard tubing. A 360° swivel connector allows natural movement during sleep while maintaining a secure electrical connection.

No. ClimateLineAir™ 11 is only compatible with ResMed AirSense 11 and AirCurve 11 devices.

Is this tubing mandatory?

Frequently asked questions
The ClimateLineAir 11 is exclusively compatible with ResMed AirSense 11 (AutoSet, Elite, AutoSet for Her) and AirCurve 11 devices. It is not compatible with AirSense 10 or S9, which use a different electrical connector. Verify your model before purchase.
The heated tube 11 contains a resistive wire that maintains air temperature between humidifier and mask. The standard tube only carries air. With the heated version, you avoid condensation and benefit from the Climate Control feature on AirSense 11.
Inspect your tube monthly. Replace it if you see cracks, holes, yellowing or if heating becomes irregular. In daily use, plan a replacement every 12 months. A damaged tube creates leaks and distorts therapeutic pressure.
Once a week, wash the tube with warm water (max 55°C) and mild detergent. Rinse well and hang to air dry. Never put it in a dishwasher or washing machine: the built-in heating element would be damaged.
The heated tube solves the condensation issue: those water droplets in the tube reaching your mask. It also avoids cold air on your face and improves winter comfort. It is the essential accessory to enable Climate Control on AirSense 11.
The ClimateLineAir 11 is designed to work with the HumidAir 11 humidifier (AirSense 11 chamber). This combination activates the Climate Control feature, which automatically adjusts temperature and humidity for optimal comfort night after night.
The ClimateLineAir 11 is 1.9 meters long. It is more flexible than standard tubes and features a 360° swivel that reduces pull on the mask when you move at night. You can sleep on your side without discomfort.
