The Philips Respironics DreamWear Full Face is a full face CPAP mask designed to deliver freedom of movement, reliable sealing, and minimal facial contact. Its top-of-the-head hose connection keeps tubing out of the way, allowing you to sleep comfortably in almost any position.

The innovative under-the-nose cushion helps reduce pressure marks and irritation on the nasal bridge while supporting both nose and mouth breathing. The flexible hollow frame distributes airflow evenly and minimizes the feeling of bulk.

Compatible with most CPAP and BiLevel machines (standard 22 mm connection). Available in multiple cushion sizes. Includes magnetic headgear clips – review safety information if you use medical implants.

For obvious hygiene reasons, any item that has been unboxed and/or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

Full Face Therapy Without the Full Face Feel

The DreamWear Full Face CPAP Mask by Philips Respironics combines innovative design with clinical performance. Designed for mouth breathers and active sleepers, it offers full face therapy while reducing facial bulk and pressure points.

Under-the-Nose Cushion Design

The soft silicone cushion seals under the nose and around the mouth without resting on the nasal bridge. This helps reduce red marks, discomfort, and irritation while maintaining a secure and stable seal.

Top-of-Head Hose Connection

The unique top-mounted tube connection keeps the hose out of your line of sight and reduces tangling during the night. Ideal for side sleepers and those who frequently change positions.

Hollow Frame Airflow System

Air flows through the flexible frame directly to the cushion. This hollow frame design reduces bulk, enhances comfort, and maintains consistent therapy pressure even when sleeping on your side.

Open Field of Vision

The open design allows you to wear glasses, read, watch TV, or use a tablet before falling asleep without obstruction.

Magnetic Clip Safety Information

The headgear includes magnetic clips. Magnets must be kept at least 50 mm (2 inches) away from active medical implants such as pacemakers, defibrillators, or cochlear implants. Consult your healthcare provider if unsure.

Frequently asked questions

The DreamWear uses a soft silicone frame that acts both as structure and air duct. The tube connects on top of the head and air flows down through the two side arms of the frame to the under-the-nose cushion. No tubing dangles in front of your face. The frame is light, flexible and does not collapse under CPAP pressure.

The DreamWear Full Face cushion comes in Small, Medium, Medium Wide and Large. Download the official Philips sizing template and print at 100 percent. Place it under your nose and check that the base covers the mouth without touching the lower lip. A Fit Pack with several sizes is available if you are unsure.

Both masks share the same philosophy: top-of-head connection and under-the-nose cushion. The DreamWear has a hollow silicone frame running along the sides of the face, whereas the F30i has a rigid frame behind the head. The DreamWear is often perceived as lighter and softer. The F30i has more structured headgear. It comes down to facial preference.

Yes, this is one of its strengths. The top-of-head connection leaves the front of the face fully free. You can bury your face in the pillow or sleep on your stomach without kinking the hose. The soft frame absorbs deformation without disturbing airflow. Few full face masks allow this freedom.

The DreamWear Full Face connects to any CPAP or BiPAP with a 22 mm standard fitting. This includes Philips DreamStation 1 and 2, ResMed AirSense 10 and 11, Fisher and Paykel SleepStyle and Loewenstein Prisma. It is not compatible with the ResMed AirMini, which requires a dedicated mask system.

Replace the silicone cushion roughly every 3 months. The hollow Philips frame is replaced every 6 months as silicone flexibility decreases with use. Headgear lasts 6 to 12 months. Persistent leaks, new pressure marks or a frame collapsing under pressure are the main signs that replacement is due.
