Minimal-contact nasal mask

The Philips DreamWear is an innovative nasal CPAP mask designed to provide maximum comfort and freedom during therapy. The cushion sits under the nose, avoiding contact with the nasal bridge and reducing red marks and irritation.

Top-of-head hose connection

The air tubing connects at the top of the head, allowing greater freedom of movement. The hose stays out of your line of sight and reduces front mask tension, even for active sleepers.

Soft frame with integrated airflow

Air flows through the flexible silicone frame. If one side becomes compressed during sleep, airflow continues through the opposite side without affecting therapeutic pressure.

Open design – wide field of vision

The minimalist design allows you to read, watch TV or wear glasses before falling asleep. DreamWear combines the advantages of nasal and pillow-style masks in a lightweight, discreet design.

Size options: FitPack or individual size

DreamWear is available:

  • In individual cushion sizes: S, M, MW or L
  • As a FitPack including all 4 cushion sizes (S, M, MW, L)

Recommendation: For first-time users, the FitPack is strongly recommended. It allows you to test different sizes and identify your optimal fit before reordering a specific cushion size.

Frequently asked questions

How does the DreamWear top connection work?

The DreamWear connects the tube at the top of the head rather than in front of the face. Air flows through the hollow silicone frame, laterally along the cheeks, down to the cushion under the nose. If you compress one side while sleeping, air keeps flowing through the other. You keep therapy pressure and a fully clear field of vision.

Which DreamWear size: pack or FitPack?

The DreamWear nasal comes in individual sizes (S, M, MW, L) or as a FitPack containing all 4 cushion sizes. For a first order, the FitPack is strongly recommended. You can test each size at home and keep the one that fits. You can then reorder only the validated size, with no risk of error.

Who is the DreamWear nasal recommended for?

The DreamWear nasal suits active sleepers (side, stomach), glasses wearers or bed readers, claustrophobic users and anyone bothered by a front tube. The under-the-nose cushion avoids nasal bridge pressure, reducing red marks and irritation. It is also an excellent transition choice for those switching from a bulky traditional mask.

What if I sleep with my mouth open?

The DreamWear nasal is a pure nasal mask: mouth breathing leaks therapy air. A CPAP chin strap may solve mild cases. For marked mouth breathing, a DreamWear Full Face version covering nose and mouth while keeping the same top connection is better, or another full face mask. Ask your sleep physician for advice.

Which CPAP is the DreamWear compatible with?

The DreamWear uses a standard 22 mm connector and works with all CPAPs: AirSense 10, AirSense 11, DreamStation, DreamStation 2, Loewenstein Prisma. It is not compatible with the ResMed AirMini which uses a proprietary connector. Operating pressure: 4 to 20 cmH2O. Sound level around 18 dBA, one of the quietest on the market.

What is the difference with the DreamWisp?

Both share the top connection. The DreamWear nasal places the cushion fully under the nose without contact on the nasal bridge. The DreamWisp uses the Wisp cushion which covers the nose base with minimal contact. The DreamWear is even more minimalist and discreet. The DreamWisp may suit if you need a bit more hold around the nose.

How do I care for the DreamWear?

Rinse the cushion every morning in warm soapy water (neutral soap). Hand wash the silicone frame and headgear once a week, air dry away from direct sunlight. Do not use alcohol, bleach or a dishwasher. Plan around 3 to 6 months for the cushion and 6 to 12 months for the frame and headgear.
