The Löwenstein Medical prisma SOFT plus delivers a constant pressure all night, set according to your prescription. It is the simple, reliable device of the prisma range, with Bluetooth on top.

Its built-in Bluetooth module connects it to the free prisma APP, so you can follow your therapy nights on your phone.

SOFT plus or SMART plus?

The SOFT plus keeps the fixed pressure your doctor prescribed. The SMART plus, its auto-adjusting sibling, adjusts the pressure itself through the night. Both share the same housing, the same comfort features and the same app.

Everyday comfort

• softPAP: the device briefly lowers the pressure before you breathe out, for patients who find exhaling against the pressure uncomfortable
• softSTART: the pressure rises gradually while you fall asleep, adjustable from 5 to 45 minutes
• autoSTART: therapy starts with your first breath into the mask and stops on its own when you take it off
• Quiet: about 26 dB(A) at 10 hPa

Tracking breathing events

The device records the night's apnoeas, hypopnoeas, snoring and flow limitations, and tells obstructive apnoeas from central apnoeas using the forced oscillation technique (FOT).
