Pack
A pack is not a promotion. It is an assembly, and its value is not the percentage on the badge but the question it closes. When you start CPAP you are not wondering how to pay less: you are wondering what else to order with it, and no single product page answers that.
So our packs are organised by question, not by shelf. Three sub-categories, three situations with nothing in common.
Three questions, three answers
- Starter Kits for "I am starting from nothing". The device, the mask and all its cushion sizes in one order. Starting out calls for five decisions; a kit makes it one.
- Fit Packs for "I do not know my size". A mask delivered with every cushion size, to try at home over real nights. Size is the first cause of leaks, and a leaking mask is the reason most often given by people who give up.
- Accessory packs for "I do not want to get compatibility wrong". Humidifier and heated tube bundled by device generation, because an AirSense 10 chamber does not clip onto an AirSense 11.
Why the discount is modest, and why that is not the point
Every pack is priced below the sum of its parts bought individually, and the gap is shown on the product page. But it stays modest, and rightly so: on a basket of several hundred euros, nobody buys to save a few percent.
What you are buying is not getting it wrong. Not ordering the device and then finding the right tube is missing. Not receiving a mask in a single size and having to buy another. Not picking the right chamber in the wrong generation. The saving is secondary; the round trip you avoid is not.
The composition is fixed, and that is deliberate
None of our packs offers an option. Technically a pack cannot carry one. But it is also a choice: a pack with options would reopen exactly the questions it exists to close. That is why the QuietAir elbow and the standard elbow give two separate Fit Packs rather than a dropdown, and why a Starter Kit arrives with the mask already fitted.
If the composition does not suit you, the right move is not to adapt it: it is to build your order item by item, in the devices, the masks, the humidifiers and the tubes. You keep full control, for a similar total.
What a pack does not do
It does not choose your mask for you. The type of mask depends on how you breathe at night and on your face: that is the one decision nobody can box up. The Starter Kits start from a full face mask because it is the choice least likely to miss when you do not yet know, but that is not a personalised recommendation.
And a pack does not replace medical advice. The pressure, the mode, and the decision to treat at all come from whoever prescribes it.

You have the device and the mask, but the air is drying you out: a Climate Control accessory pack in your device's generation. If you are torn between two, write to us and say what you already own.
Yes, every pack is below the sum of its parts, and the gap is shown on the product page. But the gap stays modest, and it is not the reason to buy a pack. The reason is to order correctly first time. An incompatible accessory costs a round trip, and a few nights without proper therapy.

Yes, entirely. Our packs are VivaRespire assemblies, but every item is a manufacturer's reference, bought as it is. Nothing is adapted, nothing is generic, nothing is refurbished. You can find each part sold individually on the site: a pack does not open a parallel range.
Yes. Every item keeps the warranty it would have had bought on its own, because it is the same product. Bundling changes neither the manufacturer, nor the reference, nor your rights. As a consumer in the European Union you also have the two-year legal guarantee on new goods.
Because it can be looked for in two ways. An AirFit F20 Fit Pack is a pack, but first of all it is a full face mask: so it also sits in full face masks, for whoever is comparing models. This page answers the other question, "where do I start", and that is an entirely different intent.
No, and that matters. A pack simplifies an order, not a diagnosis. The pressure, the mode and the indication for therapy come from whoever prescribes it, and a device's settings are checked with them. What we can do is stop you getting the equipment wrong: the compatibility, the sizes, the generations. That alone accounts for half the people who give up.
