ResMed AirFit P30i replacement nasal pillows cushion

The cushion is the only part of the P30i that touches the skin, so it is the first to wear out. Silicone deforms, loses its elasticity and lets air through. When leaks come back despite well adjusted headgear, it is almost always the cushion that needs changing, not the mask.

The same frame as the N30i

The P30i and the AirFit N30i share exactly the same frame and headgear. Only the cushion differs: pillows on the P30i, nasal cradle on the N30i. You can therefore switch from one to the other by buying the part alone, without a new mask.

When to replace it

As soon as you notice persistent leaks, a sticky feel, or a cushion that has lost its shape. In daily use, expect a replacement every 1 to 3 months.
