Bruxism means grinding or clenching your teeth without meaning to, most often while asleep. You do not notice it yourself. A sore jaw in the morning, headaches and worn enamel are what give it away.

The SanaBrux is a soft guard you mould on your upper jaw at home, in hot water. It sits between the two arches and takes the punishment instead of your enamel. Swiss made, supplied with its moulding plate, its water temperature indicator and a ventilated case.

For obvious hygiene reasons, any item that has been unboxed and/or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

What it does, and what it does not do

Severe periodontal disease
