The Somnolis is a thin mouthpiece you put straight in. There is no dental impression, no hot water, no moulding. You open the box and use it the same evening.

While you sleep it brings the lower jaw forward by a few millimetres. That small advancement clears the back of the tongue and frees the airway. Four adjustment strips let you set how far it goes.
