Philips Respironics DreamWisp – Nasal CPAP Mask
A nasal mask with top-of-the-head hose connection
The DreamWisp combines the freedom of movement of the DreamWear system with the proven performance of the Wisp nasal cushion. With its hose positioned at the top of the head, it eliminates front tubing bulk and allows you to change sleeping positions without discomfort.
Freedom of movement in every sleeping position
The 360° swivel connection located on the top of the head keeps tubing out of your line of sight and reduces mask tension. You can sleep on your side, back, or stomach without compromising the seal.
Comfortable and reliable nasal cushion
- Minimal-contact cushion around the base of the nose
- Stable and effective seal
- Available in multiple sizes
- Reduced facial pressure points and marks
Innovative frame with integrated airflow
Air flows through the hollow mask frame. If one side is compressed during side sleeping, airflow is automatically redirected through the other side to maintain therapeutic pressure.
Quick and easy fitting
The four-point headgear provides excellent stability with fewer parts touching the face. Magnetic clips allow quick and simple removal and attachment.
Important: Magnets must be kept at least 50 mm (2 inches) away from implanted medical devices (pacemakers, defibrillators, cochlear implants, etc.). Please refer to the user manual before use.
Quiet and discreet
Exhalation ports reduce airflow noise (approximately 26 dB) for a quieter sleep environment.

Frequently asked questions
Both masks share the top-of-the-head hose connection. The DreamWisp uses the Wisp cushion with minimal contact around the base of the nose. The DreamWear nasal uses a cushion that sits under the nose without touching the nasal bridge. If you liked the original Wisp, the DreamWisp adds movement freedom. The DreamWear nasal is even more minimalist.
The top-of-the-head hose connection particularly suits active sleepers, side or stomach sleepers, and anyone bothered by a front-facing hose. It frees the field of vision and reduces mask pull. Glasses wearers and bed readers particularly appreciate this design.
The DreamWisp comes in multiple cushion sizes (Small, Medium, Large) as well as a Fit Pack including several sizes. For a first order, the Fit Pack is often the safest choice. It lets you test the right size without reordering. You can then buy only the size that fits you.
Magnetic clips ease fitting but must stay at least 50 mm away from any implanted medical device: pacemaker, defibrillator, cochlear implant, brain shunts. If you wear such a device, choose a mask without magnetic clips. Always check the user manual and your physician if in doubt.
The DreamWisp uses a standard 22 mm connector and works with most CPAPs: AirSense 10, AirSense 11, DreamStation, DreamStation 2, Loewenstein Prisma. It is not compatible with the ResMed AirMini which uses a proprietary connector. Measured sound level is around 26 dB thanks to optimised exhalation ports.
Disassemble the mask every morning. Rinse the cushion in warm soapy water and air dry. Once a week, hand wash all components (frame, headgear) with mild soap. Do not use alcohol, bleach or a dishwasher. Replace the cushion every 3 to 6 months and the headgear every 6 to 12 months based on wear.
