Yes. With its minimalist design and feather-light 45 g weight, the P10 For Her is perfect for side sleepers. The short flexible tube follows your movements without pulling on the mask. Most users change position freely during the night without waking up or losing the seal.
Replace the nasal pillows every 2 to 3 months depending on use. The headgear can last 6 to 12 months. Swap the silicone as soon as it becomes stiff, yellowed or leaks despite the correct size. Without regular maintenance, the seal weakens and therapy quality drops.
Rinse the nasal pillows every morning with lukewarm water. Once a week, wash the full mask with a mild fragrance-free soap, rinse and air-dry. Avoid disinfectant wipes, alcohol and harsh detergents, which damage the silicone and the fabric of the headgear.
