The ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet is an auto-adjusting CPAP that sets the pressure breath by breath, between 4 and 20 cm H2O. It was ResMed's reference device for years, with its built-in HumidAir humidifier and its very quiet running at 25 dBA.

It is no longer sold new. The AirSense 11 replaces it. This page stays online for the many people who own one: you will find its specifications here, and above all every consumable it still needs.

For obvious hygiene reasons, any item that has been unboxed and/or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

ℹ️ For more info, please see our terms and conditions of sale.

This device is no longer sold new. ResMed replaced the AirSense 10 with the AirSense 11 AutoSet, and our supplier no longer lists it. We therefore do not sell it. This page exists to inform you and to give you access to the parts.

Already own an AirSense 10? Everything is still here

A device that is no longer sold is still a device that works. Yours still needs filters, and both its tubing and its water tub are replaceable. We keep them in stock, and they fit every AirSense 10 and S9.

What the AirSense 10 AutoSet is

It is an auto-adjusting CPAP, also called an APAP. Instead of blowing one fixed pressure all night, it measures your breathing and adjusts the pressure continuously, within the range your prescriber set. It is indicated in adults over 30 kg with obstructive sleep apnoea.

  • Ramp: the pressure rises gently at bedtime. Set it to Off, 5 to 45 minutes, or Auto, in which case the device detects when you have fallen asleep before rising to the treatment pressure
  • The HumidAir humidifier: built into the housing, 380 mL tub. It warms and humidifies the air to avoid a dry nose and a sore throat
  • The ClimateLineAir heated tubing: optional, it holds the air temperature steady all the way to the mask and removes condensation inside the tubing
  • Quiet running: 25 dBA measured to ISO 80601-2-70, and 27 dBA with humidification switched on

What changes if you move to the AirSense 11

The AirSense 11 keeps the same auto-adjusting principle and the same pressure range. It adds a touchscreen, guided setup from the app, and a slightly more compact shape. One warning though: the accessories are not interchangeable. The tubing, the water tub and the filters of an AirSense 10 do not fit an AirSense 11.
