Which sizes exist and how do I choose?
The Simplus comes in Small, Medium and Large. Download the official Fisher and Paykel sizing template, print at 100 percent and place it on your face. Size M fits most adults. If unsure, pick the size that does not press the nasal bridge and covers the mouth without going past the lower lip.
What does the RollFit cushion bring?
The RollFit cushion slides slightly on the nasal bridge and self-adjusts to your shape. This reduces pressure points and limits leaks, even if you change position at night. The design is older than the Vitera RollFit XT but remains highly effective. It is one of the Simplus core strengths.
Does the Simplus contain magnets?
No. The Simplus is fully magnet-free. A real advantage if you have a pacemaker, an implantable defibrillator, a cochlear implant or a neurosurgical shunt. The ErgoForm headgear attaches via classic mechanical clips, with no minimum distance to active medical devices.

Which CPAP machines is the Simplus compatible with?
The Simplus connects to any CPAP or BiPAP with a 22 mm standard fitting. This includes Fisher and Paykel SleepStyle, ResMed AirSense 10 and 11, Philips DreamStation 1 and 2 and Loewenstein Prisma. It is not compatible with the ResMed AirMini, which uses a dedicated mask system.
How do I care for the cushion and headgear?
Wash the silicone cushion daily with warm water and a mild unscented soap. Rinse and air-dry. The ErgoForm headgear is hand-washed once a week. Avoid hot water, harsh detergents and essential oils, which damage silicone. Replace the cushion every 3 to 6 months depending on use.
Is the Simplus quiet for the bed partner?
Yes, this is one of its selling points. The integrated air diffuser softens exhaled flow, spreads air over a larger area and reduces the draft feeling. Perceived noise stays discreet even at higher therapy pressures. Worth knowing if your partner is sensitive to CPAP mask hiss.
